Bronze-inlaid cast iron gate

Copper-inlaid cast iron gates are devices used in hydraulic engineering for flow interception and water level regulation, primarily applied in water supply and drainage, flood control, irrigation, sewage treatment, and other fields. They comply with the general standards of the Ministry of Construction and the American AWWA standards.
Structural Features
Manufactured from gray cast iron or ductile iron, equipped with stainless steel bolts and copper alloy/rubber sealing structures, they feature high pressure-bearing capacity (forward/bidirectional 10-meter water head) and corrosion resistance (-20°C to 120°C). The external arc design optimizes stress distribution, achieving planar contact sealing through wedge devices and copper strip seals, with a gap ≤0.1 mm. The guide rail length is 1/2 to 1/3 of the gate’s full opening height to enhance stability.
